Sharron started HG Laboratories in 2009. Sharron currently oversees customer service as well as product quality and development. HG Laboratories was merged into US Industrial Fluids as a division of the company.

Jerry McAdams

CEO, Technical Director

Jerry is the CEO and Technical Director. He has been designing and formulating Industrial and commercial lubricants and chemicals for US Industrial Fluids for over 40 years. For HG Laboratories, Jerry is the lead formulator for all-natural, plant-based cleaning products. Along with managing product development efforts, he is involved in pioneering new markets and new product lines to expand the company’s reach through distribution by diversifying product offerings.

JT has been with the company for over 30 years; he has been President for 18 years. JT makes sure all phases of operations and administration are performed for the benefit of our customers and employees. He is a seasoned lubricant and chemical formulator.

Steve has been with the company for over 30 years, rising to the position of Vice President of Sales. The vast majority of the customers of the company are the result of Steve’s efforts. His knowledge of metalworking products and applications has been a big contributor to the success of the company.

Vice President of Administration

Diane has been with the company for over 25 years. She started as a Customer Service Representative and is now an Administrative Manager. She makes sure the customer’s orders are processed and informs customers of delivery schedules. Diane also oversees our environmental services business as well as our graphic arts processes.

Mike has been with the company for over 30 years. He is in charge of our packaging operations and oversees the purchasing function supporting packaging. Mike’s expertise in setting up our packaging lines, as well as his experience in compounding and blending formulas, ensures the packaging function runs smoothly.

Laboratory Manager, Quality Control Supervisor

Travis has been with the company for over 10 years. He runs the product development and quality control laboratories for both HG Laboratories and US Industrial Fluids, constantly formulating new products. After formulas are developed by the product development chemists, Travis makes sure test batches are blended and performance tested.

Production Manager

Craig has been with the company for over 3 years. As production supervisor, his duties are to oversee the compounding and blending of products for our customers. Craig’s attention to detail assures that our products perform in the field. He also doubles as the company’s official photographer.

Packaging Specialist

J Max has been with the company for over two years. He assists in setting up filling and labeling equipment as well as organizing the vast array of labels, containers, and closures needed to produce the packaged products and get them shipped. Inventory control is part of his responsibilities; J Max makes sure we have ample packaging supplies.
