HG Labs Founder
Sharron started HG Laboratories in 2009. Sharron currently oversees customer service as well as product quality and development. HG Laboratories was merged into US Industrial Fluids as a division of the company. Sharron enjoys writing, golfing, serving in ministry, and staying actively engaged in her neighborhood community.
Jerry McAdams
CEO, Technical Director
Jerry is the CEO and Technical Director. He has been designing and formulating Industrial and commercial lubricants and chemicals for US Industrial Fluids for over 40 years. For HG Laboratories, Jerry is the lead formulator for all-natural, plant-based cleaning products. Along with managing product development efforts, he is involved in pioneering new markets and new product lines to expand the company’s reach through distribution by diversifying product offerings. When Jerry isn’t immersed in a business project, he loves enjoying life with his wife, Sharron—whether that’s spending time with friends or hitting the greens for a great round of golf.
Brenda F.
HG Laboratories Sales & Business Relations Manager
Brenda works in various aspects of HG Laboratories operations. Whether you are looking to purchase at wholesale, inquiring about custom formulations or private labeling, Brenda is ready to assist you with the best eco-friendly product options for your business. Brenda’s happy place is walking along coastlines looking for rocks while enjoying the sound of the water and seagulls.

Vice President of Sales
Steve has cultivated long standing customer relationships for the company. Through consultative selling and authenticity he plays a large role in building trust and loyalty amongst our customers. He enjoys playing guitar, recording family band songs, and catching University of Kentucky games.
Diane G.
Vice President of Administration
Diane started as a Customer Service Representative and is now an Administrative Manager. She ensures order processing, communicates delivery schedules, and oversees our environmental services business. Diane enjoys creating and sewing unique bags. Home goods are a passion of hers, which led her to create her own small business around them.

Packaging Manager
Mike leads our purchasing and packaging operations. His expertise in compounding and packaging formulas ensures production runs smoothly. Mike is also a storm watcher! He enjoys keeping an eye on weather patterns and watching weather systems develop across the country and around the globe.

Laboratory Manager, Quality Control Supervisor
Travis ensures that new and existing product formulas developed by our chemist are properly blended and performance tested. He is a true outdoorsmen who loves hunting, fishing, and spending time with his kids.

Production Manager
Craig oversees the compounding and blending of products for our customers. Craig’s attention to detail assures that our products perform in the field. In his spare time, he enjoys photography–so naturally, he doubles as the company’s photographer.

Purchasing Manager
Jmax's primary role is purchasing raw ingredients and supplies for our manufacturing processes. He manages inventory control and other daily manufacturing and distributing operations. In his spare time, Jmax enjoys going to the gym or playing golf.

Transportation Manager
Nate’s driving experience contributes substantially to our dependability and the company’s reputation of making sure our local customers receive their products timely and efficiently. In his spare time, Nate enjoys spending time with family and working out.
